About them

Hello!

We are Sander (left) and Gian. We live in Dordrecht, The Netherlands.

Sander 39 and Gian is 37 years old.

We've been together for almost 17 years now.

We've been through a surrogacy journey 3 years ago in the USA.

Our daughter, Jolie, was born in 2022.

We are now hoping to find a surrogate that is willing to help us complete our little family (Jolie can't wait to become a big sister)

We both work as teachers. Sander is an elementary school teacher and Gian teaches Biology in highschool.

We love spending time with our family and friends.

We love to go on trips and visit new places.

What they're looking for
Their hopes and requirements for a surrogate
Requirements
Fertility Centre requirements: - Surrogate must be between 21 and 42 years old. - History of normal pregnancy - Full-term delivery without complications. - Non-smoking/drinking/drugs etc
The relationship we hope to build
We hope to find a surrogate that is kind, funny, friendly and easy to communicate with. A person who is enjoying life and who is caring. We hope to build an open, honest and stable relationship with our surrogate. Whatever happens, we will become family. We still have a loving relationship with Jolie's surrogate. We still have regular contact and we are going to visit her and her family in the future. We hope to build the same strong relationship with our future surrogate.
Vaccination information
We prefer our surrogate is vaccinated against diseases that can effect the unborn child.
Views on termination
We want to make sure that the life of the surrogate will never be in danger. If the pregnancy turns out to be a major health risk, we would prefere that the surrogate would terminate the pregnancy. We feel it is important for the unborn baby to have a good and healthy life. When it turns out that the baby has spina bifida, down syndrome, or any other major development abnormality, we would like the pregnancy to be terminated. In any other situation, we would prefer the pregnancy to be continued. If the embryo splits and become twins (or even triplets), we also would like the pregnancy to continue. (ofcourse, if the surrogate is ok with this) We want to emphazise that we fully respect our surrogate's body. We want her to know that we will never pressure her to undergo a termination. It's her body and therefor her final choice in the end.
