G'day from Down Under!
We are Buddy (33) and Murray (34) from Canberra, Australia – a couple of high school sweethearts who met and fell in love in 2008 and haven’t looked back! We believe that if you have love, everything else will follow and have spent almost two decades (more than half of our lives) together proving this is true.
Our partnership is based on a shared sense of humour and values of respect, strong communication and making the most of every moment. We are proud and grateful for the adventures we’ve shared so far and after getting married in 2022, we knew we were ready to take on biggest adventure of all – turning our dynamic duo into a terrific trio.
Having both grown up in large families and a strong sense of community, we have always known that starting a family of our own is a dream that we wanted to pursue. While our careers in the Federal Government have taken us from our small country town to the nation’s capital, we have remained deeply connected to this dream and feel blessed to have built a diverse network of amazing friends and family who are all equally as excited for this journey.
We are very easy-going, fun-loving people. While we love experiencing new things and will try anything once, you will most often find us hiking/running, playing tennis, cooking some of our favourite dishes together, or immersing ourselves in travels near and far. We also find great pleasure in the little things like relaxing with a book, a good sit-com or just sitting down with friends to a good wine and chat. No matter what we do or where we are, we can always find the lighter side – even being accused of having witty banter and an infectious sense of humour!
We formally started our journey in early 2024 which took us to Canada in November 2024 to create our embryos. We are now looking for that one special woman who will be our partner in this great big adventure and change our lives forever.
