• Age 44 and under

• A minimum of 1 and maximum of 5 previous deliveries

• In great health

• No more than 3 previous C-sections; history of vaginal delivery preferred

• Willing to travel to Sarasota, FL for the embryo transfer

• No smoking or recreational drug use; no alcohol once the transfer protocol begins.

• Previous GC or IVF experience desired (but not a requirement)

I would love to have a surrogate who is genuinely excited about giving someone the gift of motherhood (while of course being compensated for the incredible commitment she's making). Someone who takes care of herself and has a good support system. I'm flexible on communication and the type of relationship we have. As long as I'm informed and understand how things are going, I'm comfortable following her lead on how much communication and connection feels natural.

I would like the surrogate to be willing to terminate if continuing the pregnancy poses a serious risk to her health or if testing confirms a significant fetal abnormality or medical condition that would be a severe detriment to the child's ability to live an independent life. I would like the surrogate to be willing to undergo recommended screening and diagnostic testing and any concerning findings would be reviewed with the appropriate medical professionals before making a decision, including additional testing or second opinions when appropriate. Termination is a very serious decision that would be made carefully based on the diagnosis, prognosis, and medical guidance.
