My signature dish is a homemade, thick-crust, absolutely loaded salami pan pizza.

When I was young, we spent our holidays camping, and it always felt like a real adventure far away from home. For years, I wondered how my father managed to feed the animals at home twice a day. Only around age 16 did I realize the campsite was just a 20-minute drive away — though to be fair, my dad always took the scenic route 😄

I enjoy creating a comfortable and welcoming home and like to work on practical projects myself. Each year, I choose one meaningful home improvement — from installing a new kitchen to planning a cozy reading space. Bringing some nature into our study room this year!

I’ve had aquariums as a hobby for many years and recently built a marine aquarium into our home, combining my interest in DIY with something I’ve always enjoyed. On Sundays, I often spend time in the kitchen cooking or baking, inspired by TV and online recipes. I value warmth, care, and a home where people feel at ease.

I’m something of a wordsmith, often without even realizing it — I have a talent for mixing two (or sometimes four) sayings into one sentence. I’m naturally cheerful, and while negative emotions do come out from time to time, they usually do so in one five-minute burst. After that, it’s cleared, and I can laugh again.

I enjoy spending time reading, especially romantic novels by authors like Jill Mansell and Kristin Hannah. I also like relaxing with a good TV series, going for walks, and playing board or table games together. Sewing clothes and home textiles is another hobby of mine. I enjoy creating things with care and attention.
