My wife Kelly and I have been married 10 years. We are both working professionals with wonderful families that we are close with. We love to cook, travel and spend time with loved ones.
We have had fertility issues & were blessed with our son on our first try, but have been unsuccessful with a second child after 10 tries. Kelly had breast cancer last year and it ended our IVF journey, so we are looking for a GC as our son is a sweetheart who would want nothing more than a brother or sister.

Requirements
1- GC attends initial visit - MD reviews medical history and orders investigations
a. Tests include Infectious Disease screening (for patient and
partner if patient has partner) and SONO plus other
2- GC agrees to share medical information with intending parent(s)(IPs)
3- GC completes investigations as ordered
4- GC meets with MD to go over test results and a decision is made if GC meets medical clearance.
The relationship we hope to build
Someone who would like a lifelong friendship out of this is perfectly fine! Our surrogate would be like our extended family. We would want to be as close as the surrogate prefers, with as much interaction throughout the journey as possible.
